I recently stayed at the Puro Grand in Palma for a few days. The staff was impeccable and the breakfast was great. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The hotel is located in a lovely little back street, just a short walk away from the center of town. The historical old building has been recently restored and has a beautiful courtyard.

Parking was a real issue as there was no nearby parking available and we had to park a long way from the hotel and walk. there were not enough towel hangers in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient.
